How It Works

How a safari with Hadzabe African Safaris works

We organise safaris in Tanzania's national parks and reserves, where African wildlife can be observed in its natural habitat. Lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, antelope and other savanna wildlife can often be seen just a few metres from your vehicle.

By evening, your guide takes you to a comfortable lodge where you can enjoy dinner and relax. The next morning the journey continues, and thanks to cool dawn temperatures, animals are at their most active. Sometimes you'll even spot serval kittens in the grass near your lodge before breakfast.

Time on safari isn't limited to game drives. Your trip can be enriched with a hot-air balloon flight, visits to traditional Maasai or Hadzabe communities, or guided walking safaris. This is one of the few corners of Earth that has remained almost unchanged for centuries.

We offer two formats: private safaris for couples, families and groups of friends, and scheduled small-group safaris open to anyone. All trips use our newer Land Cruiser 4×4 fleet with pop-up roofs, charging ports, fridges and window seats for everyone, accompanied by senior guides who average 10+ years in the bush.
